Justin Cypert-Worley

Justin Cypert-Worley

President

With over five years of hands-on experience organizing and leading at the local level, Justin brings a proven track record and a forward-thinking vision. As former campaign manager for Rep. Trish Ranson and Chair Emeritus of the Payne County Democrats, he’s helped shape meaningful progress and empower young voices across Oklahoma. Over the years, Justin has raised six figures for Oklahoma Democrats, proving his ability to fundraise and build lasting support. This isn’t his first time working with Young Democrats either —he has served as the official advisor for the Oklahoma State University Democrats, leading a full delegation to the 2023 YDO Convention and collaborating with local campaigns to strengthen our collective efforts. Now, he’s ready to take that momentum statewide and lead YDO into its next chapter.

Daren Quinonez

Daren Quinonez

Vice President

Daren Quiñonez is the Executive Vice President of the Young Democrats of Oklahoma, a political science student, campaign volunteer, and proud public school mom of two. Her passion for public service is grounded in motherhood—driven by the hope that her children, and all young Oklahomans, will grow up in a state where they can access real opportunity, stability, and a future shaped by fairness.

Daren has spent years working with youth-focused and community-based nonprofits, as well as volunteering on multiple local campaigns. These experiences have shown her firsthand how deeply young people are affected by Oklahoma’s rising housing costs, economic pressures, and the barriers families face in accessing support. Coming from a multicultural household, she is especially attentive to the ways policy impacts families whose stories and needs aren’t always reflected in state leadership.

She currently works on Tegan Malone’s campaign for House District 95, contributing to voter outreach and community engagement centered on practical solutions and people-first values.

In her role with YDO, Daren works to strengthen local chapters, uplift new organizers, and expand pathways for young people to participate in shaping their communities. She leads with empathy, lived experience, and a commitment to building an Oklahoma where every family has the chance to thrive.
